The Glenfield Series 54 gate valve is a solid wedge NRS gate valve available in sizes 24-inches through 96-inches. The valves are designed in accordance with AWWA C500 and applicable ANSI, ASTM and other industry standards. The valves are constructed of ductile-iron or cast-iron as specified with bronze seals and AISI 431 stainless steel stems. The valves can be produced in cast steel or other materials if required for your application. The gate valves can be produced to any flange drilling you require and are protected externally and internally with coatings conforming to AWWA C550. Every valve is thoroughly tested before it leaves our factory. The valve body is pressure tested to twice the rated working pressure and the seat is tested in both directions for leakage at the rated pressure. Our valves meet the test requirements of AWWA C500. All gate valves are supplied with the type of actuation you specify. Electric, hydraulic, manual, and pneumatic operators are available.

• Bevel and spur gearing provided
• Valves may be produced with accessories such as cleanouts, position indicators, rollers, tracks and scrapers, extension stems, and floor stands
