AVK Engineering Services was formed by The American AVK Company to re-introduce products manufactured for the hydropower, water, and wastewater industries by Glenfield Valves, Inc. to North America.
The American AVK Company was incorporated in October 1985 and manufactures gate valves, fire hydrants and accessories. American AVK products are manufactured in Minden, Nevada and distribution centers are maintained in Dallas, Texas and Charleston, South Carolina. American AVK products are approved and utilized by municipalities and engineering firms throughout North America.
Since 1852 Glenfield Valves, Ltd. has been delivering innovative valve designs worldwide. Glenfield has become a trusted name in flow control, setting the standard for product quality and customer service. Today Glenfield Valves, Ltd. provides a wide range of superior products to the water, wastewater and power generation industries.
American AVK and Glenfield Valves are subsidiaries of the well known AVK Group of Companies. Always at the forefront of technology, the AVK Group was one of the first valve manufacturers in the world to design and develop the Resilient Seated Gate Valve.
